The "Most Valuable Pirate" Award

The "MVP" is awarded weekly to the Neahkahnie High School Baseball player who exemplifies the standards of Pirate Baseball. 

To be considered for this award, the player must;

Lead by example and encourage teammates.

Contribute to the team's overall success. 

Demonstrate respect for teammates, opponents, officials, and the game itself.

Is committed to the team and to working hard.

Posses a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
